It puts an end to digging through your suitcase to find that pair of socks that has somehow worked it's way into a bottom corner. It also makes packing easier. Can't remember if you packed undershirts and maybe their on the bottom? Instead of having to unpack the entire suitcase and repack it, just pull out the top couple of cubes and locate then one with the shirts then toss them all back in. 5 seconds of work.These also help your suitcase from turning into a jumbled mess by day 3 or 4.
