There are no ingredients or benefits about each pod. There is only "green tea" on it. Other reason, was I expected it to be a little larger. It's just enough for two people, that's about all. Other than that, this tea pot is so cute, and the blooming tea is very good. The handle doesn't get hot, at all, surprisingly. No matter how hot the stove. Liking my gift a lot, so far. The last photo is of the tea pot still boiling even a minute after it's taken off the stove. Stays very hot! But I was able to use my bare hands to pick it up by the handle. But I bought them for my Nespresso machine and they don't hold a full espresso shot. You have to quickly change cups before it finishes brewing or it is too much for the cup. I had to return them.
