Most of the keto pastas out there contain icky ingredients. Once I saw this pasta made from lupin flour, I was excited to try. Made mac and cheese with this pasta- it tasted good! I prefer a firmer texture and this worked well. No keto pasta will taste exactly like fresh regular pasta, but this is a really great replacement! It is pricey but it’s likely due to the ingredients used so I understand why it would be! A serving was 2/3 a cup and I made 1/2 cup and was totally full. I added a little bit of mozarella, ricotta and mozarella. I also added some salt because it is a little bland on its own. It kind of reminds me of the early gluten free pastas. A little chalky/grainy but over all a great substitute.
