It fits into a small supplied bag, and if you use enough of them, it creates good resistance.I'm only using them for a few days, and looking forward to taking the bands with me on a trip. You can easily do push exercises with body weight alone, but I did not figure out good pull exercises with only body weight and what you can find in a hotel room. These bands feel the gap well.One little feature which is not what I expected is the resistance rating put on the bands. For example, it feels that if really apply 50lb of force to a band rated at 50lb, it wil pop. So, the rating probably is the resistance you should never achieve for the safety reasons. In practice, it feels like you can get about half of the rated resistance from these bands, if you want to stay in the safety stretching zone. So, if you are a powerlifter, don't expect that these bands would replace all your iron. However, if you put 4 or more bands together, you will get good resistance for a great warm-up or multiple repetitions resistance training. The resistance level of the bands is also perfect for my wife.Another good feature of this set is variety of bands. You have multiple rubber tubes with with snap links on the ends. You can quickly add or remove tubes to included handles. I also like the door stop attachment allowing to fix the bands on a door. There are also shorter bands in the form of belts. My wife likes these belts better. I did not figure out the best use for them for myself yet; though, there is a little pamphlet with recommended exercises.One more nice thing is how neatly they are packed. I fells like the vendor pays attention to details.I think these bands are a good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I chipped my tooth with this product. *by L***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2021* Pretty convenient, you got different types of bands with different resistance, I was using the 20lb, 30lb, and 40lb when I the bloody thing slipped from under my living room closet door and smacked me right on my mouth causing tooth(left lateral incisor) to break in 3 different pieces one of which is still hanging from my the root. It hurts like a bitch. This new set has everything I need, including mini loop bands (my old set did not include mini loop bands) & carabiners, and everything is color coded and nicely labeled. The door anchor foam cylinder is longer than my old set, giving me the impression it may be more secure. This is an excellent starter set for beginners, who may also want to buy a set of fabric booty bands. I am a very small but very strong woman and everything fits me and works well for me.
