I had the chance to try one of their other varieties that include white kidney bean extract, lysine, and b-vitamins. I took to it so much that it has been a regular reorder for me. It is a very creamy, sweet, instant coffee drink with added supplements. The amount of suggested water is 120 ml, which is FOUR OUNCES of water. It tastes delicious made at 4 ounces, and it can be watered down to 8 ounces and that is about it. What I always do is just add it directly to a cup of coffee. I normally drink my coffee black, but this is so pleasantly creamy and sweet that I am really enjoying this added to my coffee. It even tastes good using half a packet. But usually I just add it all in. The other thing I like to do (and I do this with the other variety) is to make an iced coffee with it. I will add it other powdered instant coffee, or use regular coffee. If you blend it with ice and add a touch of caramel syrup, it tastes a lot like a frozen cappuccino (tim hortons if you got them in your area). As for weight loss, beauty, etc.. I have been losing weight lately. Loads of variables go into it, but I didnt start off "trying". I had added a carb blocker, added in some weight loss coffee supplements, added vitamin D3, etc.. all as trying products, and I noticed myself not eating as much, particularly carb laden (especially refined carbs, sweets mostly), had more energy, ambition.. and one thing led to another and I have reduced by 25 lbs in the last 3 months. I am not even on a diet. So I cant say that this product has been the thing that contributed to that, but it is part of all the things that have just happened. Even if no contribution, I just really like this product. I find it tastes really no different than the one I linked to above. SO I will likely continue to just buy that one (also is a couple $$ cheaper). I haven't tried others of this ilk, so I have nothing to compare it to. As with the other, I would give it 5 stars if it had more of a coffee flavor.
