I’d go a size up but they do fit in the normal uk size. If you want a little more room go up a size. **Q: Although they say true to size it wrong I ordered size 8 (men’s) but my toes hurt. Therefore I’m returning them back for a full refund.** A: Again we ordered size 10 for my husband and they fitted perfectly **Q: Are they true to size?** A: Yes **Q: Are these non slip and good to wear in a kitchen?** A: They are good and definitely non-slip when they are new.
