Review: Very good and effective sauna from home! - I have been using this Steam Sauna couple times a week for few months now. Very effective, work up a good sweat! Recommend placing towels on the bottom to soak up all the sweat and moisture for easy maintenance. In some ways, its better than a Gym Sauna because it heats up within 5 mins and its ready to sit in and being able to do it within the comfort of your own home without having to share with other people (i.e. public gyms). Tremendous health benefits which is what it's all about. I've noticed improvements in my cardiovascular health and skin. Definitely recommend!
