Cooking meat directly from frozen will require adjusting the cook time upward by about 50% more time than you would normally set it for. It will also take longer for the pot to come to pressure, 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how large the meat is. Happy Cooking! **Q: Can you change the temperature for fermenting yogurt.. I want to do keifer in it but that ferments at a lower temp then yogurt.** A: There are three settings on yogurt. Low, medium and third one boil if your milk is not Ultra pasteurized. I never use the low setting it just is too low and never sets up good. I put it on medium setting for my yogurt at 10 hour. I would think the lower setting might be fine for keifer. **Q: Will it be possible to use the instapot in 220volt power supply? Thanks** A: Yes it should work with that power source.
