If the average person's heat tolerance is a 2.5 out of 5, then this would provide a 3 to a 3.5 out of 5 spicy scale. A person with an above average tolerance might think this is a 2 out of 5 at its peak. For chili heads--it will be below a 1. The sauce loses 1 star for the following reasons: 1. Because of the gochujang paste infusion base, the sauce is not very versatile because it gives everything a BBQ sauce-like flavor. It makes sense because the paste is used in a lot of Korean BBQ. 2. This is NOT an original sauce. As far as I am aware, the gochujang is not made in house. This would be like me buying A-1 sauce, adding ketchup and calling it my own. 3.
