Well without going into details I can assure you it works! The pad absorbed while the briefs stayed dry. Note about the pads. The have an adhesive strip. I didn’t use for my first experiment. If needed for longer period without restroom availability I figure the protection of the brief would save the day and would absorb any overflow. Also the pad is easily removed and replaced. The pad comes in a discreetly packaged pouch about the size of a large wallet. Plan to bring a few when out and about for any sustained length of time away from a restroom. In closing, very happy with it. Very comfortable. Feels like wearing regular cotton briefs with the added sense of confidence of not feeling like an old incontinent pitiful senior. Priceless.
