Review: Not exactly the original - Mont Blanc original refills are with sponge filled ink inside the cylinder. I was surprised to pay 90 dirhams for cheap dry ink, something you would find when using a disposable plastic ball point.

A: These refills are identical to the ones purchased at places like Staples in a two pack. Sorry but I don't know what 15158 is or what the G2 is. Hope this helps.

A: No, it doesn't.  It just says Rollerball Refill, Mont Blanc, Made in Germany.  I am convinced these refills are the real deal, have never had a complaint.

**Q: will this fit in the meisterstuck model?**
A: Yes, these refills will fit the classique (standard) size rollerball pens, not the LeGrand size rollerballs.
