They are only printed on one side, but I was able to put some of them back to back so I could hang them in the doorway and both sides of the apples would show in different colors. I also used them at my place settings for a scripture quote, and on the backside, I wrote famous sayings of Johnny Appleseed which we took turns reading to one another. These could not have been more perfect. Love the size and the colors and the cute little faces on them. A real hit!
