I now buy Tena Overnight pads, they are soft and wider. There are 2 packages of 45 pads in each order. **Q: Do theses have wings** A: Yes. **Q: Picture is confusing. Are there 3 packs of 54 each or 54 total?** A: There are 3 packs of 18 each so total 54 pads. **Q: What’s the length of size 5?** A: The thin Size 5 pads ARE NOT the same exact length nor are they the same width in the back as the thicker Always size 5 extra heavy overnight maxi pads. You would think you're getting the same pad just thinner, but you're not. These pads are actually only several inches longer than the Always extra long pantyliners. There's no way that these are 13 inches because if they were then they wouldn't be so much smaller than the size 5 maxis which are over 15 inches in length. The back of the thin size 5s are supposed to be "60% wider" according to the package, but they're not even wide with the flared out shape like the back of the thicker size 5 pads. If you have super heavy periods and are hoping to sleep through the night without an accident these are NOT the pads for you. If you have super heavy periods and you're looking for a thin extra heavy pad to wear outside of the house, these aren't it. I definitely wouldn't trust these not to fail and leak while I'm out and about. I love always pads because they’re SO versatile. I’ve used other brands but always is awesome because they have a pad for everyone, and I’ve never worn an always pad that wasn’t absorbent and reliable. I can get small, big, short, long, wide, fragranced, non-fragranced, cotton, etc. I personally love these ones because I move around throughout my day to day, and a lot in my sleep. So the bigger size, soft cotton, and non-fragranced material on top of moving all day keeps me non-irritated and no leaks. I also personally LOVE how they fit to your body and how thin they are. I wear tight pants and leggings a lot and I love how the pad fits to the curve of my body, giving a more natural look rather than a diaper look lol. And the thinness REALLY helps, especially when wearing leggings lol. My experience with thicker pads in the past was not good when it came to the visibility of the pad, if you know what I mean lol. They are very absorbent, don’t show through clothes, good odor absorption, wish didn’t have wings but have to admit wings have served their purpose. Bought for someone suffering from HS, Hidradenitis suppurativa, so they wouldn’t have to tape paper towels to their body for leakage. Prefer the cotton version. Sometimes hard to find.
