**Q: Where is it made?**
A: It’s made in China.

**Q: What is the non stick coating made of?**
A: Appears to be cast iron with an aluminum looking coating. I seasoned it with cooking oil and it smelled horrible while heating, and still does each time I use it. The handle is very easy to bend when heating the griddle.

**Q: Is this good to make grilled cheese sandwiches**
A: Yes, Excellent product! Put anything you want in the sandwich likw meat and cheese then toast to perfection. No complains whatsoever.

**Q: Are the cooking surfaces made of plain cast iron with no finish? Description says 'non-stick' finish. I want plain cast iron. No finish whatever.**
