If fender is in two pieces, I would strongly recommend at least a 3 inch piece of similar plastic as a backer. Rough up surface apply epoxy, set backer, and clamp. You may also need to apply several fasteners ... flathead stainless steel machine screw is best **Q: Will this bond Polyurethane to wood?** A: This is for plastic repairs.
