Can be turned inside out after usage, to allow for drying any sweat/moisture. Cons: even the larger size might be a bit small for some people to wear on their ankles. I am an average size, and when wearing it on my ankle/lower calf area, it fit snugly. I did not notice it once I started exercising. As a wrist band it is the perfect size. My wireless MP3 player fit easily into the pouch. Other items like keys, bank cards go unnoticed. If you are wearing long sleeved clothing, you may have difficulty fitting these under the sleeves, depending on how tightly your sleeves fit against your forearm/wrist area.
