If paired with the proper VOIP phones it truly is a plug and play system, which is amazing and can save hours of configuration time. The ability to manage and customize your virtual receptionist and options (without and IT guy) is great and very easy to use. Works for multiple locations that want to use the same phone system and same phone lines. Also connect your cellphone via a soft-phone app and its like your always at the office. Last but not least, the customer support is top notch. They always answer, and always are there to help even after normal business hours. GREAT PRICE AND GREAT PRICE STRUCTURE! (not the pay by the minute stuff)I operate a professional office with 2 office locations (30 miles apart) and 16 phones in the total setup. The ring-u system is working great so far and cost 1/6th the cost of another system we were quoted. $1,600 compared to $9,500 (and that's with 16 phones). A great part about the system is that it is easily customized to exactly how you want it, and if you have some unconventional ideas, customer support with help you think outside the box of how to do it. I customized the virtual receptionist to ring certain phones for the secretaries of office 1, secretaries of office 2, and all our specialized departments, and also give the option to leave voicemail for specific individuals. This has cut out a ton of time on the phones, and transfers clients to the right place. It also works well with softphone apps which allows your cellphone to act as if it is just another extension. Calling from your cellphone (through the app) also makes it appear that you are at the office using an office phone. Transferring calls, placing people on hold, and etc. all function as if you were at the office. Another feature that I love is the automatic voicemail to email. This paired with the option on our virtual receptionist, has basically turned phone calls into emails (which I deal with all day long). The phone system works over our vpn tunnel between the 2 offices and is therefore very secure. Again customer support is top notch. There were specific functions I was looking for and specific setup options needed due to our vpn, and Mike made those changes to their platform nearly on the spot. This system is working great for us now, and it literally cost 1/6th the price of our other professionally installed options. Call quality has been great, but we do pay for professional level internet bandwidth. Also after dealing with Mike I felt comfortable that I was sort of future proofed as when they update their system, I get the update without having to do anything. Also he spoke a features that they are working on so the platform can only grow from here. Also if it didn't work for me, I always had the VOIP phones that would work with most other systems. I would recommend this product to anyone that has business grade internet bandwidth and needs a good professional phone system. Jim, Mike, Blake … these guys go above and beyond to help me adjust the phone system to the way I need it to run! We’re a small restaurant that needed a phone system with auto attendant to take some pressure off of my staffs due to shortage of workers… so we don’t have to stand next to the phone constantly to attended when we don’t need to… it takes away all the annoying robo call and advertisements! And during busy hours, we were able to convert phone call to text and pass on delivery to third parties without picking up the phone! Speed is very important to us using caller ID… the team even went out of their way to talk to my POS provider to find out a solution to have caller ID shown on my POS system! And when my POS provider didn’t reply, the engineer from the team made a fix with a workaround! That alone just to show how much they care for what they do and their customers! Setup is easy, just call them up and they’ll help you setup in 15-30mins! I was looking to upgrade my old analog Vodavi phone system as it was limited features and I was planning to move my small business to another location. Prices are up front and I was charge per line not per handset like others. I also purchase qty 4 of Grandstream 2170 and qty 3 of 2135. I was up and running in 15 minutes. This is truly plug and play. No technician needed. I was worry about the voice quality and after making several long calls, the quality is perfect. I am on 50mb download and 10mb upload cox internet. I am soo glad I made the switch. I have 7 phones and the Hello Hub Ring sells is a like a brain of the system. So easy to config on the front end webpage. Best thing is that there is no contract and I can cancel anytime if I am unhappy. I will be moving in 2 months to a new business location and I have no doubt in my mind that I can deinstall and reinstall the hardware. This is freaking amazing. Wish I did this long agor.
