Review: Excelente producto. Lo use como reemplazo a un purificador viejo que solo hacía filtrado y cloración. Este es muy fácil de instalar (quien invento las conexiones rápidas es un genio). Es modular y fácilmente se identifica donde va casa pieza, todo va por colores. Excelente sabor del agua. Lo único malo es que el sistema de RO desperdicia mucha agua (mas o menos produce 5 litros de rechazo por 1 litro purificado), pero esto es un problema común con todos los sistemas de RO y es parte del diseño. En mi caso, en vez de drenarlo al drenaje (como lo indica el manual) lo dirigí a un contenedor afuera para usar esa agua de rechazo para el trapeador y el riego del jardín.

Reviews are great. My nephew has had it for years and highly recommended it. I looked at several different RO systems and got this 100 Gallons Per Day reverse osmosis system with UV filter. Whole house was too expensive and too hard on my septic tank. This installed fairly easily. The flushing procedure was lengthy, but now we have worry free drinking water for cooking, coffee, ice, and pets. Our well water is high in iron with a bad taste and there is always a concern for bacteria with well water. This Express water UV reverse osmosis system gives us great tasting water with the security of a UV filter to kill bacteria. The UV filter leaked badly on startup. I had to remove the quartz tube and reposition the Oring which stopped the leaked. The tank leaked from the top fitting until I tightened it a little more until the leak stopped. The 3 big filters on the bottom all leaked. It said the O rings were pretreated with food grade silicone lube, so I didn't add any. If I had to do it again I would put a film of food grade lube to ensure a good seal. I had to tighten all 3 large filters a lot to stop the leaking. The spigot handle was loose and dripped on the counter, but after a few days it tightened up and stopped leaking. I guess the internals needed to swell up with water and make it tight. Overall we are very happy and excited about this system. It will pay for itself in 5 months for the cost of water we were buying to drink.
