But I kid you not, I could tell I was starting to get sick (nose running, headache, etc.) and I started taking them. I went with another person's suggestion on the reviews to take 4 initially (melt them under my tongue), and then I just kept taking 1 every 30-60 minutes (or whenever I'd remember, lol), and the first night when I knew I was fighting something, I kept them on my nightstand, and during the night if I woke, I'd grab one and put it under my tongue, so probably did 2 or 3 during the night. And it went away! That rarely happens for me... when I start getting sick, it usually gets its claws into me and doesn't let go. There was a 2nd incident when I woke with a sore throat, and I started taking these again. It went away. I ordered a second bottle to keep on hand for when this one runs out! UPDATE: It's been 3 months... I am so glad I kept these in my purse, because everyone at my office was getting sick, and I started to feel something coming on.
