The mount that was supplied with the Edge was okay, but I worried about the (rubber) bands that were supplied by Garmin to mount it to my mountain bike. It was a pain to be honest. After checking out other "out in front" mounts, I saw this one manufactured by Velo Endeavors and decided to give it a try. It's perfect and works great. It's a solidly built piece and puts my Garmin Edge right where I need. It fit my bars perfectly and didn't need the spacers provided. It came with a hex key and tether which was a great touch.Velo Endevours did a great job on this and I'm more than happy that I decided to buy. If you're looking for solid piece for a great price, you won't go wrong picking this up, heck don't even hesitate, just get it. You won't be disappointed. (By the way, this is NOT a paid review).
