I use Affresh, which is less expensive, I chose that brand because it stated clearly on the box it is safe for septic systems.I tried to do research on this product and then gave up, I'd have to invest hours of research into this issue. The product should clearly state that it is or is not safe for septic systems. I'd rather use less chemicals than Affresh, but I am not going to risk damage to my septic tank.
