I had my computer(14in. laptop) on for 4-5 hours and it's only gotten warm. However the usb port doesn't work anymore and I've only had it for 3 weeks. The usb stop working after my 3rd time using it. They work off and on right now.but it's never stable enough for a flash drive. I use my mouse,but that only works half the time. Don't buy this for the many usb ports,because they are nothing you can depend on.
