Let's see what happened.WHAT IS THIS LIKE?These capsules are gel caps and filled with powder that is orange in color from the curcumin, but a touch of greenish from the olive leaf extract. The bottle comes with a flip top cap on it and there is very little aroma to the pills in the bottle.HOW DID I TAKE THEM?I took two of these twice a day for the week I was battling this situation.DID IT HELP?It seemed to keep me from getting what everyone else seemed to have. I also took some Sambucol and colloidal silver. The addition of this supplement helped round out my prevention routine. It also seemed to help with the pain that I was experiencing some too. Was it a panacea? No, but it did seem to work well with the other things I was doing.THE BOTTOM LINEI like to have olive leaf extract on hand to help with keeping immunity up against illness.
