We love the game and love this set. It is so handy and easy to carry around, to store tiles, and to empty tiles onto the table.I discovered last week that we had lost a tile, the 7/11 combo. I reached out to Bucher&Rossini who graciously offered 2 options: import the missing tile from China (7 - 10 day delivery) or accept a complete case which had been returned in an unknown condition. We chose the latter and in less than a week the replacement case arrived in perfect unused condition (the tiles were still unopened). WOW! We now have 2 sets, including our original missing one tile, and a new case complete with all tiles.
