Works well, holding 3 to 4 full size Styrofoam dinner trays with room left for chips and salsa or eggrolls, etc. At first I put a box (without lid) inside for stability but after a few uses I can use without the box and it doesn't collapse. Keeps food good and hot on the 30+ minutes it takes to drive home. Sits nicely in the passenger floor board so all I have to do is flip the lid and set the bag inside. Once I get out of the drive through I park for a second to zip it up then head home.
