I ride to U tube classes and my husband just likes a pair of earbuds and his own music. My only minor complaint is not being able to move the handlebars forward or back but of course they go up and down. You do need the Echelon app and there are fees for subscribing to their classes. But after two weeks, I've found the classes to be very good and motivational. Start with the beginner classes and work your way up. Live and recorded classes. For those who do not cycle frequently already, it does take time to build up some muscle where you sit on the bike whether you use the standard seat or buy a more cushioned one -- you will be a bit sore the first few rides.
