A: strap size is fixed but strap is kind of soft elastic which can be stretched as per size

if you can keep close your mouth in your mouth, this mask is best level. but in india, the air quality is bad, the net very easy to be dirty, can't clean. Maybe 3 mouths at lost need change to a new one. if you use this type in india, ensure there is a air clean machine in your room.
