Review: Review - First of all the packaging arrived a day earlier. It was in a very good condition. No damages. The paints are absolutely amazing. I do fashion illustration these worked as a charm for me. The colors were really vibrant and smooth. The color selection was really nice. The amount of product they gave was very much worth the price. The pans are big. Absolutely loved it. It is really easy to use. All level artists can definitely use it. I highly recommend it

**Q: Hello! When will the Art Nouveau watercolor set become available again?**
A: We're very sorry to keep you waiting. It will be restocked probably in March or April.

**Q: Are the pans in this 24 color set individually wrapped or do they have the large plastic covering all of them?**
A: they are NOT individually wrapped.  The colors are poured into a white plastic pan.  The green box and cover are  cardboard.  Wrapping is cheesy, colors are gorgeous.

**Q: When are your having new restock of the muted color set?**
A: We're very sorry to keep you waiting. It will be restocked probably in March or April.

**Q: Can you scoop the paint out of the pans and put them in a tradition plastic airtight case that is made to be used with tube paint?**
A: Initially no. But you can “melt” it inside the container if you add just enough water not to have it completely diluted. Then u can just pull out the pan or scrape the “melted” paint off into the pan. Otherwise its too much work really.

Mine came shattered. I put then together but when dry you can even crack the paint inside the pans and put the “crumbs” into your container, add some water for it to form into a solid piece again. 

Again…too much work unless you’re determined to do it.

Ho comprato questa palette di acquarelli come regalo per il mio ragazzo, essendo molto bella esteticamente e dai colori molto accesi. Non ha ancora avuto modo di provarla. L’unica pecca penso sia la spedizione perché ci vuole veramente tanto tempo prima che arrivi. Ho ordinato la palette a fine novembre ed è arrivata qualche giorno fa. Ad essere sincera l’avevo data per dispersa ma contattando il venditore mi ha rassicurata dicendo che per questo tipo di spedizione bisogna aspettare dai 50-60 giorni. Tutto sommato, il prodotto è arrivato intorno ai 48-53 giorni. Do comunque 5 stelle perché è davvero meravigliosa e la quantità di colore sembra abbastanza. Inoltre è molto carina l’idea di provare il colore direttamente sul coperchio. Spero che il mio ragazzo apprezzi il regalo.
