Das kochendheiße Wasser hält ca. 4 Stunden heiß. Es ist so heiß, dass man es zum Trinken erstmal noch abkühlen muss. Danach bleibt es zwar auch bis zum nächsten Tag gut warm, doch eben nicht mehr ganz heiß zum überbrühen. Man könnte aber durchaus länger bereits bereiteten Kaffee oder Tee darin wärmen.Ich finde die Kanne sehr formschön und sie passt gut zu der kleineren Alfi Kanne, die ich bereits habe.Sehr angenehm auszugießen. Da verkleckert nichts und es geht leicht ohne langes Schrauben oder versehentlich vergessen wieder einen Knopf zu zudrücken.
