Review: Fantastic bags - I love these snack bags. Roomy enough for a big snack. Durable Bumkins material (we have used their bibs for years and they have held up to daily use and regular washing), sturdy zippers, fun patterns and colors. I bought a set and liked them so much I bought another. So glad not to be filling up landfills with pounds of plastic baggies. The prices are so reasonable and I can see using these all school year long easily. Edit: After using these bags all school year, they are still holding up well. I have been using these almost daily and washing inside out in a mesh bag in the regular laundry load (Charlie's soap will not damage the material; some other detergents will). Would buy these again and may add to our collection for next year.

**Q: Have the zippers been tested for lead? It says the product is lead free, but is that regarding just the material or everything, including the zipper?**
A: Thanks for reaching out! Yes, the zippers and zipper pulls are tested for lead and are lead free.  The entire product is tested and is lead free.

**Q: What material is the inside part of the bag made from? PEVA or PUL?**
A: Bumkins reusable snack bags are made from a polyester material with a polyurethane waterproof coating. They are certified free of chemicals and food safe.

**Q: Are these waterproof as in could hold fruit**
A: I don't know if they are waterproof, but I can tell you that I utilize them daily for a variety of snacks: apples, carrots, grapes, cucumbers etc and they hold up wonderfully!

**Q: Does the waterproof technology in these contain pfoa or pfos?**
A: Bumkins snack bags are tested and certified by third party lab testers and they're proven to be food safe. The snack bags are free of BPA, PVC, Vinyl, Phthalates, and Lead and conform to the standards established by the CPSIA.

I love these snack bags. Roomy enough for a big snack. Durable Bumkins material (we have used their bibs for years and they have held up to daily use and regular washing), sturdy zippers, fun patterns and colors. I bought a set and liked them so much I bought another. So glad not to be filling up landfills with pounds of plastic baggies. The prices are so reasonable and I can see using these all school year long easily. Edit: After using these bags all school year, they are still holding up well.
