Oral B has two very similar manual toothbrushes, called very similar, but one is bigger and has 5 white gum stimulators on the side and another one has 4. The difference when using them (for me) is huge. I ordered them especially because the picture showed without a doubt that these were the 5 gum stimulators ones, but I actually received the 4 ones.
