It is not a cure all, but provides additional pain relief to some of my chronic lower back pain. How I use it. I apply a few drops on a cotton ball and then apply it to the area in pain. You can also use rubber gloves for application as it will ensure that the small amount used will for the full benefit. It also helps to make sure that the area in clean, free of cuts and abrasions. If your skin is sensitive, I would consult a physician before used. The scent reminds me of the way Recola Cough Drops taste. I find it to be pleasant, but for some this may not be the case.
