If it is open (not capped) and in a wet environment, then you could get some water condensation in it. Water is heavier than oil, so would sink to the bottom. Even if you introduce a small amount of moisture along with oil into your engine, the first time you drive it for 15-20 miles, the water should boil off. The possibility of water condensation (in engine) is one of the reasons that manufacturers recommend more frequent oil changes for vehicles that are rarely driven more than 5/10 miles...
