- PRODUCT AND PACKAGING: Elegant square metal caddy that contains a heat sealed poly pack tea pouch of premium loose leaf tea that preserves the freshness and flavour of the tea for prolonged periods of time. The metal caddies also have an easy to open lid inside for your convenience. It can also be used to help keep the aroma and quality intact even after opening the poly pouch.
- BREW HOT TEA: Boil water in a kettle. While waiting for the water to boil, add 1 Tsp of loose leaf tea for the pot and 1 tsp for each Cup (150 ml) into your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser in the teapot. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Pour into tea cups and enjoy.
- BREW ICED TEA: Prepare hot tea at double the strength and pour into a glass filled with ice. Melting ice will dilute to serving strength.

Flavour is mild, could be somewhat stronger, pricing is high but better than other similar products. Packaging could be resealable, right now tightly packed so bit difficult to extract from bag without breaking leaves. Wonder if you can offer it in varying flavours like mild, medium or strong. Ordered it many times now if that says something.
