Just keep in mind that the higher the wattage the more power. **Q: What's the difference between this exhaust fan and a car electric exhaust fan?** A: Buy my observation, there is no difference. It looks like a 12v car radiator fan. Mine works well off a 50w , 12v solar panel. **Q: The specifications that the fan can run on a solar panel output up to 80 watts but it says elsewhere it can run on a 100 solar panel.
