**Q: How does the handle lock? Can't see any clip**
A: There is a pivoting handle lock attached to the main handle. When you lift the vessel, hold both main handle and pivot handle lock. That becomes the lock. Very simple and easy to use. We have been using it every day. Hope the answer helps.

When I purchased this I was very happy with the same. Material was heavy steel but it lasted hardly a year or little more. Now I am disappointed as it has developed Crack 😞. This was unexpected as many other stainless steel items are still in good condition.

This has Terrible build quality, its insides peeled off when i put the rice in to strain turning it into a grey colour, making it completely toxic to eat. Furthermore the lid is loose and YOU CANNOT RETURN IT!! There is only an option to replace which they did with another damaged product.This listing needs to be taken down
