**Q: HOw deep are these?  Some previous answers say 1", others say 3-4".**
A: the product is a depth of 3 inches!

**Q: Can the lid be baked?**
A: I’ve baked them up to 350 without a problem! If you have something that needs to be crispy - like breaded pork chops or chicken/ remove lid! Enjoy- I love them....

**Q: Which side of the lid goes next to the food and which side is on the outside?  There is an aluminum side and a white side.**
A: Yes there is an aluminum side and I white side.  I use it with the aluminum side down next to food and I write on the white side, as I use them to freezer meals

**Q: Are they large enough for jumbo turkey legs?**
A: I don't think so, at least not if you intend to keep the whole bone.  They are probably big enough for the actual meat on the bone, but I think you'd have to cut the bone to get them into the pan.  They do have a bigger capacity than you might think just not the length for what you want to do.
