Review: Unfortunately my new 3ds xl’s y button has stopped functioning the way it should. At the time I had assumed it was because my old pad has a cut on it and as a result the contact pad was not working correctly. After replacing the part the issue persists however I am one step closer to fixing my goal. To others with the same issue, it might be worth looking at replacing the contact pad board. I do not regret buying this product at all!

Unfortunately my new 3ds xl’s y button has stopped functioning the way it should. At the time I had assumed it was because my old pad has a cut on it and as a result the contact pad was not working correctly. After replacing the part the issue persists however I am one step closer to fixing my goal. To others with the same issue, it might be worth looking at replacing the contact pad board.
