The instructions and online install video made it incredibly easy to set up. The futon looks great, the mattress is very comfy, and the drawers work well. It is a bit difficult to fold back into a chair, but I’m guessing that will get easier with time. I might add a pull strap to the top to make it easier (strap would be easily hidden).

This was the easiest furniture install I’ve done. Parts and instructions were organized perfectly. The instructions and online install video made it incredibly easy to set up. The futon looks great, the mattress is very comfy, and the drawers work well. It is a bit difficult to fold back into a chair, but I’m guessing that will get easier with time. I might add a pull strap to the top to make it easier (strap would be easily hidden).

Item arrived days ahead of estimated delivery date so we were really happy about that. Easy to follow instructions with color and number codes to match parts. It took one person about an hour. Good sturdy quality, nice butternut finish, fits our FULL size futon mattress perfectly, looks great, comfortable sitting or for bed :)
