I like the fact that there is a variety of flavors to try. From what I read on the back of the packs everything I can find at my local store which is a big plus because there are two grocery stores in my town and not very exotic My dining choices in my area are very limited. This gives me a chance to try new things, even with my limited cooking abilities. Okay, I've only made the Tom Kha Gai and it was wonderful. As good as any Thai food I've had at a restaurant. Each one comes in two packets, one packet of coconut powder and one of seasoning and I've been making them in a pressure cooker. If making them in a pressure cooker, though, I would recommend replacing the coconut powder with a can of coconut milk; it has less tendency to separate. That said, I found them to be very good and really easy - a great combination. However, they have a fair amount of suga so even though I liked them I won't buy again. Too bad, because if they used stevia (my favorite) or pink or blue sugar, which in this kind of thing would taste absolutely as good, I would buy them all the time.Because of the sugar content in most Asian foods, I have been making my own, which aren't as good as restaurant, but still good and I use stevia.
