There are many of this kind of product out there. I found that similar products are formulated different and some of the natural products caused sores on my scalp and had a strong unpleasant smell. So I was reluctant, but tried this one any way. The smell is nice unlike some of the others, and it is really growing my hair back. My hair is natural, free of dyes and I don’t use heat. I use Henna to color my hair if anything. The center crown is thick, growing and the shedding is minimal (normal). Before I was losing a lot of hair from the roots, and it was not simple breakage from damaged hair. It does take time to see good results, but staying consistent in key.
