And within a few days the terrible pain he had lived with for so long was less than half the blood flow was increased and the skin color was almost normal, and he could move his fingers he had feeling in his fingers again. A: for the unit purchased, there's no way to adjust the pressure, but find that the pressure cycles from low to high...

**Q: How do you change batteries? Does it have charge before use?**
A: There's a TYPE-C charging cord, you can use it to recharge the massager.
Most of them have charge before use.

**Q: can it be like so: independent use of cool air or heat /no compression ?**
A: Sorry to tell you that this device is unable to turn off the air compression.
Here is the instruction for our 520E air compression:
Air pressure—Press the Air Pressure Button to select mode (Default-Standard-Powerful-Soft)
The LED light for Air Pressure flashes and the setting circulates among these four modes:
1.Circulating from low-high(default): the LED light flashes once
2.Standard: the LED light flashes twice
3.Powerful: the LED light flashes three times
4.Soft: the LED light flashes four times
*important Tip: When you feel the air pressure is too much an/or uncomfortable,press the Pressure Reduction valve button(red button) to release air.

Received this product on time, packaging on the outside was fine. However it was missing the cord to plug it in and the charging block and the instruction manual. The bags for them were in the box but they had been ripped open and were missing. So its pretty much useless. Very disappointed since I bought this as a gift for my daughter for her Birthday, who has issues with her hands.
