With any non-stick pan, you need to cook on no higher than medium heat and do not put in the dishwasher. If you over heat the non-stick surface and burn something to it it will no longer be non-stick. If the grease is smoking, you have it too hot. It is about ready to catch fire. That will ruin anything other than cast iron. **Q: What is the inside diameter of 12” frypan?** A: The inside bottom is 9 inches, I found this pan to be big enough for just about everything I cook in a frying pan. Besides this , I personally have to say that the blue diamond 🔹️ brand is the ultimate cookware on the market that I've ever used. I was not sure about it until I tried it, thats when I fell in love with them. I have bought just about every pan they make since , you can't go wrong. Although, I will say I purchased 3 other similar advertised pans and Blue Diamond is by far the best of the 4 and he now wants an entire set of them. I would definitely recommend the Blue Diamond in any size if your looking for a good quality fry pan!
