There are several kinds, so pay attention to the color of the cap. I have baby fine hair, and this is the one my hairdresser uses on me. **Q: Does it give fine hair body?** A: I didn't see any extra body. It does make your hair super soft and De-tangles quite nicely. If you use too much it can actually have the opposite affect on your hair. **Q: Ii left my hair a little greasy, Did I use to much?** A: Probably used to much. I have very fine hair and only use 3-4 squirts in my hand and rub my hands together before applying to my short hair.
