**Q: I need the pump but the spout site 7"**
A: Unfortunately, the Impact 1 Oz Pump For 5 Gallon Pail (901A) has a 2-3/4" spout.

**Q: How do you get the pump to pop up? I bought this and cant get the spout to pop up from the neck.**
A: Push the spout down and turn completely around right or left.  If that doesn't work then it is defective.

**Q: Does this reach the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket ?**
A: Definitely. With a little extra.
