Review: No more neck pain on airplane - I prefer a window seat when I fly so I can rest my head against the wall. Its the only way I'm ever going to sleep. However, the constant neck pain and discomfort because burdensome. I just used this product on a short flight and was able to have a very enjoyable nap. I prefer a window seat when I fly so I can rest my head against the wall. Its the only way I'm ever going to sleep. However, the constant neck pain and discomfort because burdensome. I just used this product on a short flight and was able to have a very enjoyable nap. I didn't think it would make a difference but it made all the difference in the world. Good concept, but the shape doesn’t match the picture. And there was a bit of a smell. If they can get the shape as advertised, and if they can get rid of the smell, this product has good potential to be a 5+ star product.
