I had been monitoring silicone donut pans on Amazon for about a year. I've had good results with other silicone bakeware so I felt silicone was the best bet for a donut pan. I had decided I wanted a pan that made full size donuts but most of them made nine, not twelve, donuts. When I saw this pan I knew it was time to purchase.I didn't have any gluten-free flour when I 'needed' to have donuts so I used a gf cake mix. Of course, the donuts were of a lighter consistency than a true donut would be but they still tasted good! Since all the reviews I'd read on other silicone donut pans said the donuts stuck to the pan, I followed the suggestions and greased the pan with margarine. I allowed the donuts to almost cool (I couldn't wait any longer) and they came out cleanly. The trick is to push up from the bottom of the donut, then push down on the center column. The pan cleaned well. The only mark against this product, in my opinion, is that it was made in China. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost Donuts *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 7, 2016* The recipe doesn't tell you how many the ingredient list will make. I followed it perfectly but had to cook the donuts 23 minutes. Had I only filled the cups 1/4 to 1/2 full maybe the time noted would have worked. Also the top of the donut was sticky so it needs a topping (i.e. powdered sugar, sugar or a glaze). The donuts aren't brown and didn't want to put in broiler to brown up. Next time will remove donuts from the silicone pan, put them on cookie sheet and broil for 1 minute. Anyone else have any recommendations. Love the non stick silicone pan. While it is attractive and cleans up easily, the donuts tended to stick. I am not sure if this was due to the nature of the batter I used or the pan, but it was near impossible to get them out without damage. I waited and allowed them to cool further, hoping it would create enough shrinkage to pull them out safely, but no dice.
