I have used it several times daily since I got it.I work as a university professor at a public university, and we have a permanent labyrinth on our campus. A number of our faculty in kinesiology, Adult Education, and teacher preparation incorporate the labyrinth as a reflection tool for our students. We also have discussed and will begin implementing a "Labyrinth Walk of Hope" on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. We will begin this tomorrow and invite you to join us at some point during the day as you meditate using your labyrinth and send healing energies into the universe around us.
