But I can confirm that I have long hair and I have been turning the brightness to 100% standing with my face about 5cm to the screen, and washing my hair with the light coming from it for a couple of hours a day, and my hairs feels softer and definitely nourished. It's also gone a bit whiter possibly by the radiations, but hey a small price to pay for softer hair. Careful though as it might also burn you eye retinas, so make sure you buy one of those sun bed little glasses 🤣 PS. It's also pretty good for 4K movies, but thas a bonus the not everyone knows.
