Review: So fun! - I love my bikes. Very pleased with the quality. I changed a few things. I used hitch pins instead of bolts and nuts on the bottom bars and running boards so I can easily detach the pontoons for transport. You really have to.pump it up for a long time to get the psi to register on the pump regulator. I pumped them to just under 5. I changed the grips to ergonomic bike grips. I added a wider softer seat. I also had my hubby splice and extra 11 inches to the handle bar post so I could sit more upright so my back wouldn't hurt. I rock hunt lake shores and I go for hours so I need comfort. These things are fast and fun!!! I bought 2 so my friend can go with me. No regrets. We had a blast riding around.
Review: Awesome Water Bike! Great Customer Service - This is a high quality lightweight water bike with great engineering. I received it in 25 days with great packaging and in perfect condition. I live in lake havasu city and this is a great way to cruise around the lake and through the bridgewater channel with ease while getting some excercise at the same time. It assembles and disassembles in minutes which allowed me to take it to the lake in the trunk of my car! This bike scoots along surprisingly fast with easy pedaling. (Highly recommended lake bike.)

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the recommended PSI pressure to inflate the floats for the bike?**
A: The pump they supplied does not have a pressure gauge. So I pumped it so that when pressed by my hand it felt firm. But when I climbed on, the pontoon was a little bendy and unstable. I pumped until it felt hard and held it's shape in the water under load. Don't know the PSI but stability in the water was a good measure.

**Q: Can you buy spare parts for this water bike just in case it ever breaks down ??**
A: Sure, you can buy any water bike accessories, if you need, contact us VIA Amazon, we will send you the accessories as soon as possible.

**Q: What is the differencer between the 3 models of water bikes other than the price?**
A: The first one, ASIN: B08YKBNN7C, is an ordinary banana white pontoon water bike. Best selling water bike.
The second model, ASIN: B09VPWJD5P, SUP water bike, two SUPs make the contact area with water wider, so it is more stable.
The third model, ASIN: B09XKKP11L, red pepper pontoon water bike, the length is 80cm longer than the banana pontoon, black and red contrast, the color is more eye-catching. New, good value for money. Customized by customers, there is a small amount of stock at present.

All pontoons and aluminum alloys have no difference in material and craftsmanship. Price difference, because of how much material, how much inventory and shipping costs.

**Q: You also have the red pontoon, right ?**
A: Yes, some customers like red pontoon very much. We made some red pontoons for the water bikes, but the red buoys pontoon are not always stocked, sometimes in stock and sometimes out of stock. In general, if the order is more than 10 sets, we can customize the color for you. If you don’t want to buy 10 units, you may be lucky，We happen to have stock of the waterbike with the color you wanted, but you need to communicate with us before placing an order.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2nd Review: Year 2
*by E***. on August 2, 2023*

I bought both types of water bikes from this company. I bought the one with the pontoons and also with the SUP boards. I personally prefer the look of the SUP boards but almost prefer the pontoons for performance and steering. I don't think you can go wrong with either. The bikes are pretty fast and I can easily go out with someone on a paddle board or kayak and keep up with them rowing at a decent pace. My customer experience has been great via amazon message. I had an issue with one pontoon losing air and they quickly sent me a video on how to adjust the valve within 24 hours. I mistakenly threaded the one crank incorrectly and they sent me a replacement crank no questions asked. The big bonus: You can get replacement parts locally for some items. I dropped a quick release when putting the handle bars on in the lake. I was also able to buy the replacement crank locally to use temporarily while the new item is coming to match. The size is either printed or punched on to the part and it is metric. If it was a core part to the bike that is non-standard you would definitely need help from the manufacturer which I have had a great experience with. Shout out to Derek! I don't know how the bike will be in 5 years but regardless I feel it is worth it for even that period of time. Lastly...easy to disassemble if you want to travel with it. I don't, but it would be very easy.
